Stall Holder Application
If you would like to hold a market stall at the festival, please complete the registration form below, we will contact you if your application is successful.
We prefer stalls that sell handmade items and local produce and can follow sustainable practices. All stalls must comply with our Zero Waste policy. If your stall cannot comply with the sustainability conditions, do not apply.
Zero Waste Banned Products
To reduce the negative impact of our event on the environment and to promote awareness, all single use plastic is banned. This ban includes the following products;
• Plastic drink bottles (aluminium cans preferred) • Plastic straws
• Balloons • Glitter • Plastic wrist bands
• Individually wrapped lollies and other sweets
• Plastic cutlery • plastic bags • food wrap (eg glad wrap)
• Plastic cups, bowls and plates
• Single use coffee cups (paper & cupboard are plastic lined to be waterproof)
• Plastic promotional products such as pens, plastic bags, key rings, balloons etc.
